1. Terms of Service
§ 1. General Provisions and Seller’s Details
- The online store operating at singandspeak.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”) is run by:

- These Terms of Service define the rules and conditions for using the Store, including the terms of concluding sales agreements for digital products (online courses).
- The Terms of Service are available free of charge on the Store’s website in a format that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and printed.
§ 2. Definitions
- Customer/Buyer – A natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, who makes a purchase in the Store.
- Consumer – A Customer who is a natural person performing a legal transaction not directly related to their business or professional activity.
- Product/Course – Digital content in the form of an online course (video, audio, text materials), which is the subject of the Sales Agreement.
- Sales Agreement – A contract for the sale of a Product concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the Store.
- Business Day – One day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
§ 3. Subject of Sale
- The subject of the sale are Products in the form of digital content (online singing courses), the detailed description of which is available on the product pages in the Store.
- All prices in the Store are gross prices (they include applicable taxes) and are expressed in US Dollars (USD).
§ 4. Placing and Fulfilling Orders
- Orders in the Store can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- To conclude a Sales Agreement, you must: a. Select a Product in the Store. b. Add it to the cart. c. Fill out the order form, providing the necessary data for its completion (name, surname, email address). d. Accept these Terms of Service. e. Choose a payment method and make the payment.
- Placing an order constitutes a declaration of intent by the Customer to conclude a Sales Agreement with the Seller.
- After placing the order and making the payment, the Customer will receive a confirmation of the agreement and information on how to access the purchased Course at the provided email address.
§ 5. Payments
- The Seller provides the following payment methods for ordered Products: a. Electronic payments and credit/debit card payments via the PayU.pl service.
- The entity providing online payment services is PayU S.A., with its registered office in Poznań, Poland.
- The order processing begins after the Seller receives confirmation of correct payment execution from the payment operator.
§ 6. Delivery and Performance of Services
- The delivery of Products, as digital content, is carried out electronically.
- Upon confirmation of payment, the Seller will immediately, but no later than within 24 hours, send a message to the email address provided by the Customer containing instructions on how to access the purchased Course (e.g., a link to the course platform, login credentials).
- The delivery of Products is free of charge.
§ 7. Right of Withdrawal from the Agreement (Returns Policy)
- In accordance with the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Article 27), a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its conclusion.
- ATTENTION: Loss of the Right to Withdraw from the Agreement. Pursuant to Article 38, point 13 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
- By placing an order in the singandspeak.com Store and ticking the appropriate acceptance box, the Customer expressly consents to the commencement of the performance (provision of the course) before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period. Consequently, upon the delivery of the Product, the Customer loses their right to withdraw from the agreement.
- The declaration of consent to the delivery of digital content under circumstances causing the loss of the right of withdrawal is a necessary condition for the execution of the order.
§ 8. Complaint Procedure
- The Seller is obliged to provide a Product free from defects.
- Complaints regarding the operation of the Store or the purchased Products (e.g., technical problems with accessing the course) can be submitted:

- A complaint should include at least:
- The Customer’s full name.
- The email address used when placing the order.
- A description of the problem and the date it occurred.
- The specific request.
- The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and will inform the Customer of its resolution via email.
§ 9. Technical Requirements
To use the Products purchased in the Store, the Customer must have:
- A device with Internet access (computer, tablet, smartphone).
- An active email account.
- An installed, up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
- Software capable of playing video and audio files and opening PDF documents.
§ 10. Final Provisions
- In matters not regulated by these Terms of Service, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Polish Civil Code and the Act on Consumer Rights.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Such changes may not infringe upon the rights acquired by Customers. The Seller will inform about any changes on the Store’s website.
- Any disputes arising from the implementation of these Terms of Service will be resolved amicably. In the absence of an agreement, the competent court will be the common court determined according to applicable regulations.
2. Privacy Policy (Personal Data Protection – GDPR)
§ 1. Personal Data Controller

§ 2. Purposes, Legal Bases, and Period of Data Processing
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To conclude and perform the sales agreement for the online course (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR):
- Data: Name, surname, email address, payment details.
- Period: For the duration of the agreement and the period necessary to pursue or defend against claims (usually up to 6 years after the end of the agreement).
- To comply with legal obligations incumbent on the Controller, e.g., for tax and accounting purposes (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR):
- Data: Data from invoices and accounting documents.
- Period: In accordance with applicable laws, e.g., 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired.
- For direct marketing of our own products and services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller):
- Data: Email address.
- Period: Until an objection is raised or consent is withdrawn (if it was required).
- For analytical and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller), which involves analyzing user activity on the website to optimize its operation.
- Data: IP address, location data, browser data, on-site behavior data.
- Period: Usually until an objection is raised or the data is anonymized.
- To handle inquiries and complaints (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – legitimate interest of the Controller), which involves communicating with the user.
- Data: Name, surname, email address, data contained in the correspondence.
- Period: Until the end of the correspondence and for the period necessary to defend against claims.
§ 3. Data Recipients and Transfer of Data to Third Countries
- For the proper functioning of the Store, your data may be transferred to entities that process data on our behalf, so-called processors. These include:
- Hosting service providers.
- Newsletter dispatch system providers (Mailchimp, LiteMail).
- Payment system providers (PayU S.A.).
- Providers of analytical and marketing tools (Google, Meta, Hotjar).
- Companies providing accounting and legal services.
- Due to the use of tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Mailchimp, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), mainly to the USA. Data transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other mechanisms compliant with the GDPR that ensure an adequate level of data protection.
§ 4. Rights of Data Subjects
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the following rights:
- The right to access your data.
- The right to rectify (correct) your data.
- The right to erasure of your data (“the right to be forgotten”).
- The right to restriction of processing.
- The right to data portability.
- The right to object – where your data is processed based on our legitimate interest (e.g., for direct marketing).
- The right to withdraw consent at any time (if processing is based on consent), without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

§ 5. Automated Decision-Making and Profiling
Your data may be processed in an automated manner, including through profiling, for marketing and analytical purposes. Profiling involves analyzing your behavior on the website to tailor the displayed content and advertisements to your potential interests. However, this will not produce any legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
